I've owned the brand before and never had issues. I was happy to find this one in stock and available when needed to replace a failing drive. Install was simple, instructions were clear and there have been no performance issues since purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Formated

Does this drive come fully Formated for Win7......so once installed....it is ready to work.
If you are asking if it comes with the operating system installed, the answer is no. When you install Windows 7, it should handle any formatting required as part of the installation process.

Does this product support Windows 10? I have an old one that does not.

Yes. I installed Windows 10 on this drive as soon as the drive was installed on the computer. Note I purchased a copy of Windows 10 Home from Best Buy for this purpose as I did not have the appropriate Microsoft account registration to carry forward the upgrade from Windows 7. Using the fresh copy was flawless. If you have upgraded from Windows 7 or 8, please be certain you look up the instructions for how to successfully install Windows 10 on a new drive using the free upgrade. It isn't straight forward or intuitive and you will need instructions on how to retain the digital license after the drive is installed. I have both screwed up the one machine and successfully transferred the license on a second machine.
