What's great about it: I love the way it gives you tiles for the frequently visited sites.
What's not so great: There are no tool bars.
I really enjoy my new computer. I went from Windows XP to Windows 8.1 and what a change. I had to learn how to work the computer all over again. I love my new computer. I got a Dell Inspiron 3000 series desk top.
This product is... quiet, lightning fast, Sharp graphics

Tower is just whirring

Instructions are vague. I am reusing my dell monitor with the new keyboard and mouse and I get nothing happening except the whirring of the hard drive. Is it defective or am I missing something?????
I bought a 24" HD Dell monitor.
