hi, is this product combine with modem and router? is it work with Comcast?
it will only work with dsl not cable. and yes it is modem and router.

can i use my own card?

I have a T-mobile mini SIM card. Can I buy this phone and use my own card directly? Is there any additional charge or contract?
I bought this for my daughter it came with a new card her old one would not fit. But we took it to the T-Mobile store and had them put in her # and activate it, and they did it for no charge.
