What does Best Buy charge to install this microwave? Two questions

I have an exisiting microwave that needs to be removed and this new one to be put into the same space. First, what does installation cost? Second, do I need to buy anything besides what is in the microwave box to complete the installation? In other words, does everything I need to install the microwave come in the box?
Best buy came and took my old microwave put and put this one in. They charged us $119.00 and took the old one away. We didn't need any extra parts.
