So glad to have it, very light weight, get all notification you needed. Plus easily to find your phone with 2 clicks( within bluetooth range) You can buy extra colorful strap like orange, just for fun!!!!!

Can I sync the Gear Fit to an HTC One phone?

Has anyone actually synced this device to an HTC One successfully? I have heard that you can do it by downloading the "Gear Fit Manager" app but the reviews on that app are very negative. I would like to be sure I can do it before I spend the $$. Thanks!
You can sync it but may not get full features of Samsung application.

How does this hold up to outdoor activities such as Beach Volleyball?

The description says "Dust Resistant" but how would it handle playing beach volleyball or other activities where dust, dirt, and sand are involved?
I don't think it will cost any problem, the device is secure pretty well, even can be wet.

is stair climbing measured by fitbit zip?
