I have an HP printer and this is the recommended ink to use for it. I always buy the XL but I can't really say if it lasts longer. I don't print that often and it seems like I have to replace it every couple months. I think it dries up with not much use. Rather disappointing. But it gives nice print quality and I'm not brave enough to try those off brands.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: It's fast and easy. It holds lots of data.
What's not so great: Price
Very easy to use. Just plug it in and start transferring files. I use mine to store online books, pictures, music, powerpoints, and documents. FYI: This is a completely mobile device. You don't have to have an electrical plug/outlet for it to function like some others require. It has a USB and you plug it in and go. It's small--qbout 4.5 x 3 x 0.75 inches. The only con was the price...very expensive. Hope it lasts. My last passport didn't hold up well.
This product has... Reliable, Attractive design/portable, Quiet, Large capacity/good size, small/portable, light weight
About me... Budget Conscious, Work with large multimedia files, Business Professional, Need a simple backup solution

I am from India and my cousin is from the USA and he gifted me this drive that he bought.. i wanted to know if i can service this thing in India because it has died on me here in INDIA?

Can I use this interchangeably between windows vista and windows 8.1?

I want to back up all my files from an old PC with Windows Vista into this external hard drive. Will I be able to pull out the files using a new laptop with a Windows 8.1 readily or do I need to do any reformatting?
I used it with a Windows 8 computer. I read the manual and it doesn't specifically say what versions of Windows it is compatible with. I would think it would work with Vista.
