I bought this in a set with the washer. I have had it for about a month and it drys well. There are so many setting on it. I have not tried the steam yet but would like to try that on my pillows to sanitize them. You can let the dryer determine the time or you can put in the amount of time you want.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this as a set with the dryer. I have had it for about a month now and so far it washes very well. Took some time to get use to all the new tech this washer has, but after reading the manual it wasn't too bad. This replaced a Kitchen Aid that I had for 15 yrs.. It was still working so I gave that set to my son. The basket is HUGE. We now do laundry every 2wks instead of once a week. So it will save money too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

do you have free delivery and pick up of old washer and dryer

When I got my new washer and dryer from best buy the delivery was free and they would have hauled the old one away but I gave it to my son.

Is there a rack?

The referral to MCM to purchase a rack showed racks available for dryers with steam There was nothing listed for mine...DLE1101W. Does this mean that the racks listed on the MCM page are interchangeable to be used with either type dryer?
Mine did not come with a rack. I know some do. Not sure if you can buy one for it.

Steam Feature

What is the source for the water for the steam, a reservoir or a water line? Does Best Buy hook it up with the installation?
When best buy installed my dryer the hooked up the line. It is a why with the washing machine. So the water source is the same as the washer.

is it good for drying king size comforter?

I don't have a King Size bed but it dries a Queen Size and sheets just fine

Cancel signal tones

Is it possible to cancel or silence the signal tones?
I believe it tells you in your manual how to turn off the tones.
