From all the modems available out the fiber speed network this is by far the fastest ,once you connect it to the network you'll experience better speeds

Range
I bought this router to replace a 2011 Netgear N600 that went out. The wireless range of the Netgear reached my detached office and upstairs bedroom. This router does not.. The Best Buy Salesman said this router should have significantly better range. I am seeing far less range. Is there something I can try to fix the range issue before I return it? If I do return this one, any suggestions on what I should get to improve the range compared to the old Netgear?
Get a wireless extender from the same brand name , change to channel 11 in settings ,try to use the 5 GHz band just for the HD streaming boxes,tablets ,avoid metal objects in from of the router ,try to place in a center area where the signal can be free of interference .

What levels of security (WEP, WPA, WPA2, WPA2-PSK, AC) is installed?
Mostly all the new routers allow you to set any type of encryption ,the goal is to create a phrase easy for you to create and of course add number and symbols most be 16 character or longer and that will be enough

In ac750 db we can hide ssid broadcast ???
as review, manual and video m not getting hide ssid option in router so anyone can tell me in there Belkin ac750 db router have option of hide ssid broadcast
Yes do a 30/30/30 reset by pressing the reset bottom in the back with a sharp pen or pencil ,then connect the router and in wireless uncheck SSID broadcast and leave it empty

Yes,indeed you can disable the default voice mail in you cordless phone just take the batteries out wait 10 seconds ,put them back ,go to menu and check if you still have a welcome message ,if the machine ask you to set one just leave it without any mesage

What do you do for no volume w/o headphones?
Try to get something to clean the headphone plug sometimes it gets humidity and it does not make proper contact
