Mic Monitoring - Its that important

I had purchased the XO Four and immediately returned them for lack of mic monitoring but thankfully Turtle Beach included them on One's. This headset is lightweight and sounds great but the construction isn't quite up to the level of the X12s. Another consideration is that the ear cups on the XO One's are a tad smaller than past Turtle Beach headsets so bear that in mind if you have larger ears. Otherwise, game on!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Audio sync issue and poor 120hz

I have two 65" Insignia TVs that I very much like so when it came time for a bedroom TV I didn't hesitate to buy another Insignia. Right out of the box I noticed poor 120hz performance compared to my other TVs but once I switched to 60Hz the picture quality degraded. There seems to be some video processing issues with this set and that was even further compounded by the fact that no matter what source I used there was an extremely obvious audio sync problem. Needless to say I took advantage of Best Buy's easy return policy and moved to a much nicer Vizio M series with full array backlighting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
