I believe the regular cartridge is the best "value" buy. Price is about the same at Best Buy, Staples and Wal-Mart. It just depends on which store is the closest to you thereby saving fuel in your ride.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Checked out several printers to replace an HP product that I had for years and saw many favorable reviews. For the dollar spent to buy this printer, I think this in one of the best "dollar value for product purchased" that I have ever made.
I would recommend this to a friend!

How much is the usual price of ink cartridges for this computer

Regular ink cartridge is about $15 to $16 and XL cartridge about $31-$33 (which HP says gets almost 3 times as much printed as regular cartridge - but I have used both and I think the regular is the best buy). These prices are all about the same at Staples, Office Depot and Wal-Mart.

Are the measurements correct?

This seems like a very large machine! Are these right?
Height 15.4 inches
Width 17.5 inches
Depth 23.9 inches
No. But they did get 1 out of 3 right.
Height is not 15.4 inches but is 5.4 inches.
Width is correct - 17.5 inches.
Depth is not 23.9 inches but is 13.9 inches (with door open in front).

Yes, I have an L305 that I am successfully using with this printer.
