The thermostat is not bad, it does most of what it promises, like control the temperature remotely and turn of the unit when you leave the house. Installation was also pretty straight forward. But it doesn't connect as easily to HomeKit (which was one of the main reasons I purchased it) and also, if you're looking for the REBATE, you'll probably not get it with this, I've tried.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Installation in general was pretty swift, and they removed the old gas line and attached the new gas line, which we purchased with the Dryer.

It's a pretty good washer, unlike my old one, this actually has a reachable filter, that you can easily access to remove any debris that is left. The only thing is that like any other dryer, it's noisy to be put on the second floor, but for the price, it's pretty good.

We order this new washing machine for our new home, we requested that it be delivered as early as possible, and were told that Monday would be the earliest, after taking the day off, they came to our house and wouldn't install the washer, because it was on the second floor and the drainage pan wasn't the correct size. That's all fine and dandy, except that they never requested a drainage pan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Easy to put together, we use it almost everyday to clean our carpet by our two year old monster
What's not so great: We found a broken gear after first use
It's a really nice cleaner we clean up after our two-year-old almost every day with it. it doesn't remove stains it needs some kind of stain removing formula. overall it's very good but after our first use we found one part broken, still works fine though.
