Especially like the pull out drawer. I use it to hold snacks, lunch meat, candy bars, tub butter and many other things that we use on a consistent basis. Also like the freezer compartment as it is easy to access. The water and ice thru the door is great. I'm beginning to drink more water as it tastes so much better than tap water. The French door compartment is difficult for me to use as I am less than 5 ft tall and it's hard to reach items stored up high and to the back. I like the fold up shelves. What I don't like is the odd noises it makes. I did a lot of research before I purchased this refrigerator and believe I got my money's worth.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is there an option to make it cold?
It comes out cold; but not freezing cold.

Where is the ice bucket on the RF28HMEDBWW and how do I remove it for cleaning?

The manual that came with the fridge mentions removing and washing the ice bucket but it's not intuitively obvious how one does this and the manual doesn't say.
Page 24 of the owner's manual under "Using the ice off function" explains how to remove the ice bucket. I think they could have done a much better job of putting the manual together.
