I was able to replace my entire old sound system with this sound bar. TV and movies sound great through the optical connection. Music and podcasts are much more enjoyable to listen to and fill up the room now that we can use the bluetooth connection (no more plugging in the phone and leaving it by the stereo!).
I would recommend this to a friend!

can u use a sound bar with 32" or smaller tv

Technically you can but this sound-bar is not petite so it's going to look a little strange that the sound bar is wider than the TV. Purely aesthetic though.

Can you control volume level of center channel independently?

Nope. There's just one master volume. The only thing you can do other than that is turn the sub-woofer off.
