What's great about it: It was free.
What's not so great: The app update process.
This is an awesome phone, even if it wasn't free. It's everything the iPhone should have been which is why I left the Apple ecosystem.
I particularly like the ability to use the power button to put the phone into aiirplane mode. Swiping down on any of the main screens brings up a list of essential functions (wifi, bluetooth, GPS, etc) that you can turn off or on as needed,
The app update process is a bit problematic. There are times when an app updates, the phone notifies you that the SD card has been disconnected. The only way to reconnect the card is to restart the phone. If you have any apps installed on your card that you're trying to start up or have been running during the process, this can be a bit problematic (not to mention frustrating).
Overall it's a great phone once you get past that discrepancy.

What's great about it: Offers very good protection for a high end phone.
What's not so great: Attachment between case and belt clip could use some work.
This is a very good case based on cost and what you get. It's my second Otterbox product (the first being a silicone case for an iPhone).
The process of enclosing your phone in the case is a little bit involved, but once you get the hang of it, it's not so bad.
My main beef is that at times when you think that you've properly attached the case to the belt clip, it comes off without any warning. It appears that you need to listen for and feel a very characteristic "click" which indicates that the case and clip are properly mated.
This product has... A no slip grip, Tough/durable

bestbuy dont charge upgrade fee, but verizon will charge upgrade fee on my bill for s4 on black friday sale?

I bought 2 samsung s4 on blackfriday sale. I am a current verizon customer with wife. our contracts are over. Bestbuy say that bestbuy won't charge upgrade fee ,but in the verizon assitant person in the betbuy say that verizon will charge upgrade fee on my bill. They didnt say that before buying. Is it true?
Verizon does charge an activation fee each tine you add a phone or upgrade a line. That's a company specific charge, so if your contract is up, you may want to shop around to see f you can get a better deal from Verizon or another provider.
