I use this headset every day. It starts with a 7 hour charge. You can be on the phone all morning, plug it in for an hour at lunch, and you're back at 7 hours for the afternoon. Sound quality is great. Can't ask for any more.

Since I have a dumb TV, I needed something like Chromecast to watch Netflix and other internet TV. The bonus is that I can cast my computer/phone/tablet to the TV as well. As long as I am on Chrome, and have the Chrome Chromecast extension, I can cast anything I'm looking at, not just the internet TV. Same goes for the phone/tablet, just a little easier. Chromecast casts in HD, so the picture looks great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Yes. The boom swings to both sides.

What app on the iPhone displays battery life?

Description states:
Battery meter
Check the battery life directly on your Apple® iPhone® or through a downloadable app on your Android device.
But the only app I found is Plantronics Hub which does NOT display battery life
Turn the headset off, then on while on your ear. It will tell you how much talk time is left.

I have a Motorola Barrage flip phone. After 32 years of working around trains/locomotives the old hearing sucks. Can I use this device with my phone? If so, how do I connect it? Thanks TP

Need to be able to connect via Bluetooth. Your phone is Bluetoothcompatible so yes, you can use this. If you don't know how to connect via Bluetooth, ask your cell provider, YouTube, or the closest 5 year old. ;-)

can i control it with my phone data or do i need to have wifi at home?

Phone data is fine, but you better have good signal strength and a huge data plan. Wifi is better.

Does Chromecast support BBC Acorn TV? Roku does, Amazon FIre does not. Does Chromecast>
Get Chrome browser, add chromecast extension: https://support.google.com/chromecast/answer/3212008?hl=en

this will allow you to cast anything that can be viewed on your computer
