For the price, they are a good buy and the sound is just as good or better than other ear buds. What I do not like about them is the wire Apple uses, it gets caught on everything! When Apple first supplied ear buds with their 1st and 2nd gen iPods, the wire casing was of good quality and did not catch on everything. I am not new to using ear buds; Apple needs to improve the outer wire casing on their ear buds and make it less rubbery and sticky feeling. If you are able to keep the buds in, without one falling out, then you are doing well. Their EarPods are one of the best products out there for sound quality in a "bud" style.

The 1st iPad Air, was not all that great on improvements, and felt a bit to light compared to earlier pads, it just lacked "Apple" quality in my opinion, Apple is not as innovative as it has been in past yrs. With Jobs gone, only time will tell weather I stay an Apple fan or not. This 2nd edition Air sports features that are on phone 5s, I am looking forward to using the updated camera plus other features during holidays, I really like the way the Pad feels in my hand, its heavier; feels more solid and yet its thinner. Hope the rest of its features/functions are as good as earlier versions (before the "Air" series) for durability and function.
Recommend this to a friend? Sense I have to select a radio button to submit this, I guess I will give Apple the benifet of the doubt and say Y.

What's great about it: This dongle works great with a mac or PC.
What's not so great: you end up using one of your USB ports
USB ports: its worth loosing a port when you have a computer (I have 2 that do not have a RJ45 connection). This dongle works better than the one Apple offers for $40+, and it is faster than Apples at nearly the same cost.

What's great about it: it comes with a 6 ft cable, many do not offer this length.
What's not so great: you just can not insert standard plugs into it side by side
No matter how I tried to insert standard plugs into it side by side, they just did not fit into the socket well. If the unit would have given an extra 1/8 inch per socket, the unit would better take standard plugs side by side and be able to use all the sockets it offers.

What's great about it: Everything works on it just fine
What's not so great: a little to big for my counter, the other one I had, fit.
It would have been nice to find a smaller unit with the same power rating as this unit.
I had to replace my mike, miss the smaller footprint that I had in another brand, (with same power rating) other wise this unit works well and should serve me well in the yrs to come.

Is this suitable to hook a USB printer to a wired network?
Need to share a printer between many computers without needing to leave a specific on running.
Because the dongle takes Internet traffic, hooking up a printer should work, but I have not tried this, because I connect my printer via a USB cable. If you have this dongle, give it a try, it can not hurt either device!

Does it work for USB 0f Ultra-Book PC with Windows-8 to Ethernet?
Yes, I am using the USB to Ethernet dongle on my Win 8 PC, and it works like plug and play, you do not have to do much tinkering to get it to work.
