What's great about it: Works well and easy to setup using included CD.
What's not so great: Drops signal sometimes.
Works as advertised and is easy to setup when using the included CD, I have a signal throughout my house and into the backyard. Extended my signal by about 75'.

What's great about it: Several different sound effects.
What's not so great: Price
This unit does a nice job of replacing TV speakers. Has several selectable sound effects and a great subwoofer. Easy to setup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Digital Optical Cable

Is there a Digital Optical Cable included with this soundbar or is that a separate purchase? I've heard that the best way to connect a soundbar to a TV is through a digital optical cable, so I'm wondering if I need to purchase that separately?
Also, Is it better to connect a TV directly to the soundbar using Digital Optical Cable or HDMI?
There is NO Digital Optical or HDMI Cable included with this soundbar . Connecting a TV to the soundbar by Bluetooth, Digital Optical Cable or HDMI have different advantages. This is explained in the manual.

Will it power on/off when the TV is powered on/off?

The system does shutoff when the TV is turned off but there is about a 20 second delay the way that I have it setup.
