What's great about it: Ease of use, sound quality
What's not so great: Sim card transferred all Facebook contacts, not phone contacts
I needed a better phone to use with Consumer Cellular. This phone gives me everything I need. I haven't figured out how to delete contacts yet, but will as soon as I find the instruction manual again!!

Carriers

Can an unlocked s4 mini be used with sprint, sprint keeps giving me the run around and not answering if an unlocked phone is supported
I would switch carriers. I purchased this phone to use with Consumer Cellular.
