Does this machine allow you to added a garment after the cycle has already been started?

Yes, you can. Just press the pause button, add the garment and then press the start button again.

Does this particular model vibrates tremendously when it spins?

I am seriously considering buying this particular Samsung washer and all the reviews I have read so far has not mentioned any problem with troubling vibration when the machine is in a spinning mode during the rinse cycle. Is it really that quiet?

Mine spins really fast that it moves the washer, I don't know if it's normal.

How do you cancel and drain a cylce that has already started?

The way I cancel it, is by turning the machine off and then back on and if there's water in it I set it up to spin.

How do I select the water level for each load?

The washer selects the amount of water for you depending on how big the load is. That's another feature I like about this washer.
