After buying over 100 cheap one dollar cables online, that all failed, I bought an original and my phone has never been happier, I probably did some damage to my battery in the meantime

Love it, battery lasts forever, great for average use. Specs are older so don't buy it for intense video editing.

what tv's are smart tv? and how do they connect to the internet?

via USB, Blue tooth?
Just look if the TV comes with apps (netflix, hulu, etc), that is a smart tv.

The connect via wifi.

Connected Wii in the tv and screen is only Black and white. Do you know what is the problem?

Sounds like you are connecting the Wii composite output (yellow) to one of the TV component inputs (red, green or blue)
