Does this work in a PS4?

I can't tell what size it is, and 9 mm or thinner is recommended for PS4 upgrades.
The wd portable dives I've gotten have a proprietary connection built into the hard drive it's self. This one may be different. when it come to the ps3 or ps4 I tend to only use seagate. Also what are you actually wanting to use the drive for? Upgrade or music?
