Can this extend any WIFI including FREE not just that in your home?

yes as long as public WIFI you're using is not password protected. If it is someone else's WIFI you may need to think about whether you want to slow them down because you will if you're streaming video. They will also see that someone has put a range extender on their WIFI and probably then password protect it kicking you off.

I share a room in somebody's house and they allow me to use their Internet, however, due to the dead zone I get pretty bad wifi signal. My concern is and IF somebody logged into this "extended Network" will it kick me out from it?

Can i use 2 extender on opposite sides of the house off of the same router
