What's great about it: Size, battery, screen
What's not so great: Not as fast as i expected, hard to hold without a case.
I bought this tablet to replace my Asus Slider. I bought the slider with the built in keyboard for a purpose....but never used it for that purpose. It became nothing more than a media consumption device. I bought the new Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 for being smaller, lighter, and faster than my slider. It is definitely faster and the battery life is great. It has been great for everything that i use it for...media consumption. It does everything i need and at an affordable price. It does need a case as i kept thinking it would slide out of my hand.
I thought it would be faster but my comparison is with my phone which is a Galaxy Note 3 which is super fast in comparison. Still, the tablet is great for what i need and would recommend for anyone looking for a first table.
This product is... responsive touch screen, Good sound quality, easy to set up, Variety of apps available, A nice compact size, Sharp graphics, Easy to navigate, Great screen size, Comfortable to hold

Does this tablet have a sim card slot?

I was in the store looking at this and the rep said that it did, but I can't find anything confirming that in the listing.
Yes it does have a micro SD card slot on the right side, towards the bottom. I have a 4gb card installed now for music.
