Bought these walkie talkies to take on a cruise. They worked better than expected. I was able to contact my wife on the other end of the cruise ship and was also able contact her when she was in a town that was walking distance from the ship. Charging the units was very simple. Recommend these 2-way radios without question.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Could 3-4 phones be programmed to communicate on the same frequency?

I want three kids to be able to communicate. Can I buy TWO sets (of two phones each) and have them all communicate with each other? How would I set that up?
Yes. Just put all four units on the same channel. You can use the 4th one to keep track of them.

Cruising

Has anyone tried using these on a commercial cruise liner? Looking for a set of walkie talkies to keep in contact with my kids on the ship....any suggestions?
See my review. They work great on cruise ships. Getting your kids to respond is not easy though.

MS350R and MT351R walkie talkies

What is the difference between the two? Also, are the channels the same on motorola walkie talkies so that i can have a different model and still talk to my friends?
Do not know about the other 2-way radios. I believe the channels are universal. You can talk to any other 2-way radio on same exact channel.
