I have two types of wireless earbuds and these are the ones I prefer when running. They stay in place and aren't noticeable on the long, multiple terrain runs that I go on. I haven't noticed issues with charging or holding a charge because I usually charge them once a week.

I went back and forth between ordering an Apple Watch or buying the this watch. Ultimately, for the price point and what you get, I cannot complain. This thing hold a charge well and is very convenient to carry and use. I used it for a 13 hour trip to the park for the fourth of July celebrations. I own about four portable chargers, but this by far is the best. The only thing I wish it had for the price was an extra USB port. Other than that, I highly recommend it!

Can I put the chromecast in my laptop to stream, or is it only for streaming from a TV?

I use my laptop as well as my mobile device for streaming. Once it's plugged into your TV, paired with your wifi, and you download Google Cast into your Chrome browser, you're good to go.

Unless there is more to this question, I would say yes. As long as the computer that you are going to Chrome Cast through is connected to wifi, it will work.
