The spacious front workstation includes pockets for pens, a key clip, business cards and several small accessory pockets. The large storage compartment features a padded laptop compartment for added protection along with space for documents and files. The backpack also features two jersey mesh water bottle holders. For your comfort, the ergonomic padded back panel and padded adjustable shoulder straps minimize back strain and maximize carrying ease. The bottom of the backpack has a durable, weather-resistant material to stand up against the elements. The Ascend backpack is perfect when traveling for school, business or pleasure.

I was in need of a basic backpack style computer bag that will hold my 15.6 inch laptop and accessories. Nothing fancy about the backpack but very durable and incognito if you don't want the world to know you have a computer inside. Buy It Already........

It comes with a limited lifetime warranty but you must show proof of purchase and pay to ship the product to Targus. The following came directly from Targus.com:
When submitting a warranty claim, we will require proof that the claim is valid. In this regard, we will always require that (i) you provide us with an original or copy of your sales receipt as proof of purchase and (ii) you return your product to us for warranty coverage verification. You are responsible for shipping costs to Targus but there is no charge for the inspection or the return postage. Targus is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to Targus. We recommend that you ship your returned Products to Targus via a trackable shipment method. You are responsible for customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage.
