I have 3 computers and have this mouse on all three, so guess what I love this mouse. only had to give up on one that I have for years and was wearing out the ball was not wireless. Use with my wireless keyboards also, great stuff Logitech.

Wireless Keyboard Problems

I just purchased an HP wireless keyboard w/ an optical mouse (Model: LV290AA#ABA) for use with my Samsung SmartTV. The mouse had its own USB pin that plugged into the back of the TV, but there was no separate USB pin for the keyboard. The mouse works on the TV, but I have not been able to figure out how to get the keyboard to work, so I am wondering if the keyboard is supposed to have its own dedicated USB pin to interface w/ the TV. The package had been opened previuosly and was taped shut upon receipt via FedEx/USPS, so I'm wondering if it was omitted on repackaging. Any ideas?

Only think I can think of is the Mouse and Keyboard are not on same frequency and would return both mouse and keyboard as there is just one usb plug and the keyboard may be wrong frequency. Could take into the store to Geek squad and let them check out both items, sure they could hellp

My mouse

my mouse is sometimeish I need to double click sometimes, I need to press and hold down hard sometimes and sometimes the mouse tracking arrow does not move in the direction I am moving it

Sounds like it needs service or a good cleaning, with the cost of mouse think I would just buy a new one

Yes is available is Logitech M570, I have 3 of them, mine are the wireless ones but they have corded one also

best mouse

Which is the best wireless mouse for my new hp envy m6 sleekbook? I want one that has long battery life.

I really like Logitech, but you can use what you like, use Lithium or better yet the advanced lithium batteries. That is what I use and they last years, never changed them so don't know how long. Also use in my weather system outside and go thru winter without having to change them use the Advanced lithium on it. So will be even better inside

Yes you can use Logitech wireless with Windows 8.1. I have them on 3 of mine, 2 desktop and 1 laptop and all work great

How do I attach the mouse to the computer

would answer this question if you said what mouse you are trying to connect. wired norm is with cord and usb connection, wireless comes with device that plugs into usb port, just plug male part into a usb female port
