Major complaint is the sensitivity of the touch display needs to be improved. Samsung has proven to me that it does more with the Android system. Needs more built in memory. I got this unit to learn the Android system so far I still prefer the other Tablet (i)OS.

Can this tablet be used in Europe?
Can this tablet be used in Europe? I want to get it for my mom, but she lives in Lithuania. Can this tablet be switched to that language as well?
Technically yes as long as she gets the correct power adapter to charge the unit up. The other problems is the US warranty isn't valid in Europe and you might be in violation of the software license agreement.

When I press power button to turn off screen it does not go off. Does anyone know

Did you push the power button until the shut down menu appears on the display? If no then push the power button until the shut down menu appears and tap on the shut down command on the display
