I currently have Dish TV how will this television work with Dish since it has Roku built into it? I also have high speed internet (WiFI)

TWC digital cable adapter?

TWC made us all get these digital cable adapters for all the TVs without cable boxes, but i can't connect it to my roku tv...there are several channels that i can't get on the TWC app like TBS and FSSW. Is there a way to connect this dang digital cable adapter to my new insignia roku tv??

Check and make sure your local TWC has paid for those stations they did not pay for the airing rights in my area.

Amazon streaming works great not sure about fire.

For room vented, is it mounted top or back wall? Is mounting hardware supplied for both options?

It comes with all hardware for mounting. It requires both both wall and top mounting make sure you measure correctly!!!

Does this scan photos?

Does this printer scan photos (i.e. 3x5 or 5x7 color prints). I see that it scans documents but can't tell if photos would work too or if it's only stuff that can go through an automatic document feeder.
