I bought the 49" to replace a TV in my Bedroom. This Sony Android TV works so well I love it. I have extremely fast internet and this really helps drive the TV. I get no lag or buffering on Amazon or Netflix. The menu is easy to use and intuitive. I have the same model in the living room in a 55". It is the future of TV

Great TV the Android TV part is so seamless with netflixand Amazon. Casting from my phone and desktop are easy and work flawlessly. I have direct TV and the picture is perfectly clear and sharp. 4K on Amazon and Netflix is so awesome I hate to watch anything else. If you need a TV this is top notch

This unit is ok. The screen is very good and the touch screen is handy. i like the all in one feature for the lack of cables everywhere. I would rate it higher but Windows 10 is not that good. Every time I watch a video (You Tube or news vids) the display driver crashes and resets. Very annoying. Have had not a lot of luck with dell support. the typical overseas "my name is John" junk. Price was ok . Solution for driver crash? Use Chrome.

Why do non-HD channels look terrible?
Tried calibrating myself and via Internet suggestions and I can't get any non-HD channels to look watchable as they are washed out, fuzzy, pixalated and just not sharp. From scene to scene, I can see the TV try to adjust the pixels, but, the pixels remain in non-HD channels only. However, all HD channels look great. Is this just the way it is with 4K TVs? BTW, I have Fios. I have till this weekend to return the TV and am highly thinking of getting a different brand because of the above issues. Thanks.
Mine seems to upscale real well I have no complaints at alll. Maybe you got a lemon
