SO this is a great product. It protects well and is very well matched and liking the back end of the case so see the color of the phone (I have the (RED) Iphone 7 plus). I only have one complaint and that is the flap to where the lightning port is on the bottom of the phone, they make it go to the left, which means eventually it would start to bulge out (mine is already doing that) after some extended use. Besides that flaw, so far nothing besides the usual "it makes it feel thicker/heavier" difference between the phone by itself and the case

Tends to slow down or use other channels when In a crowded environment. Had to restart it daily for first week or so before it settled down and worked for longer periods. Can't tell if it is channel interference or an inherent issue with the router. The log in app is amazing and simple

It is a bit better than 17 but I would take a half star off if I could (I believe in rounding up from 4.4+) if some of the "obstacles" were really realistic. It's hard to believe one can stop Leveon Bell with one hand extended, not the arm just the hand. Besides that, good game

If you have an iPhone that is capable of using the new syncing method that they introduced with iOS 10 (similar to the Airpods), then this is an easy setup. I love this product.
Only issue I have found is that it will sometimes drop the sync for a few minutes and sometimes requires a restart

What is the little flipper on the left side above the volume buttons used for and how do you use it?
The flipper above the volume controls whether the phone is on silent or loud. Unfortunately, it may not work right away as when you install the case, if it is not properly lined up, it won't work. Otterbox has created a work around in the you can pull off that flipper and adjust to so that it will work. Just be careful not to do this too many times as it may wear down and cause the flipper to be displaced at a time when you would not want to lose it.

Will this be able to replace the router that FIOS gave me? They gave me a horrible Gateway router and I want to replace this with the old one and set-up a VPN. Will this work?

Magic Remote
If you want to go to a specific channel (example from channel 601 to channel 620) how do you go from 601 channel directly to channel 620 without keep hitting channel button to get to it since there is no number keys on the majic remote to pick the channel you want.
On the Magic remote push the 1 2 3 input and will display a "keypad" on the screen which will allow you to input 621. Then use the remote to ok it. Should work from there

Whats the difference between the glass and the hd screen protector?
I noticed that the glass costed more the hd invisible shield screen protector. Is there any big differnence or is the glass one just easier to put on the phone?
Yes there are major differences. I started with the hd one when I first got the phone. Within 3 months it started to peel back on the top and progressively got worse to the point i got the glass. It is also harder to scratch and break. Worth the extra money. Another major difference is how it feels. Feels better than the the version.
