Love it!! I installed a app that allows me to watch almost every movie and tv show for free! Never have any problems with it and works really well, if you can't afford cable or direct tv this would be the next best thing to do but you do need the internet for it to work.

I brought a pair because they were on sale but I should've saved my money for a fat sack instead, it would've lasted longer. They worked for a week then one day it would not turn on, thought the battery was dead so I charged them and the charging light wouldn't stay on. After that they no longer work, what a waste of money!! do not buy these unless you like throwing your money away..

Fire vs smart tv?

Is this box essentially converting a HDMI TV to a smart TV? What is the difference between a smart tv and a dumb tv with a Amazon?
DOes it matter how old my TV is to work...as long as I have HDMI? My current tv is about 8

Pretty much, it's a system that allows you to use your TV like a smart TV, as long as you have a HDMI connection. The difference between the TV's is a smart TV comes with the ability to download apps, movies, etc. as a standard TV is just a TV. It operates on the amazon system and it works off a wi/fi connection or hardline but works best at a high speed.
