We've been using the Kindle Fire TV stick for almost 2 months now and love it! It was easy to install and we were easily able to add all our subscription accounts (Netflix, Amazon Prime). My husband even installed youtube and it works like a charm!
I would recommend this to a friend!

do you have to wait hours for the movie to download?

We have an apple tv. Bought movies for our granddaughters to watch. The movies are actually taking 24 hours to download. Needless to say, they can't watch the movies and I'm out several $$ for movies I rented and won't watch.
We don't have an Apple TV. So I don't know if this stick works just as in our TV. But we can watch movies instantly. No downloads required!
