What's great about it: easy to set up, low price
What's not so great: reception can be not so great at times
Gets the job done, some times I have to adjust it quite a bit in order to get reception.

What's not so great: touch screen has a slow response time
I've only had the Tablet for a week but so far its great. I've noticed the screen has a slow response time. I love that I can have two windows open at once.

Can You Implement Native Parental Controls on new Galaxy Tablets Using the Profiles Feature?

I am looking at the Galaxy Tab 4 for a sibling and the Galaxy Note 12.2 for personal use. I am also looking at iOS devices (iPad Mini Original and iPad Air). I am leaning towards the iOS devices because of the inbuilt restrictions feature, which restricts apps, store, and web browsing through an easy-to-use settings interface that cannot be circumvented without fully resetting the device. Is there any parental control system that is preloaded (not third-party) that you can use through the profiles feature on the galaxy devices so that I could filter my sibling's content and let him use my personal device, if he wanted? NOTE: I am not talking about the cartoon kids mode, which is good for small children, but not for my sibling, who is too old for that kind of stuff.
Yes, you you can put restrictions on any of the users who use the tablet. And it's not just the cartoon, toddler, type of restrictions.
