Have an Installer quickly and professionally connect your Refrigerator to an existing water supply line. We will install a manufacturer supplied water filter or new water filter, if purchased. We will also level the new appliance and demonstrate the basic operation.

Best buy will only install the short metal tipped water lines. if you are like not building a house or live in a house that's more than 6 years old, Best Buy will not do anything. SO you better youtube it if your not install savvy before your install.

this item is not necessary if you already had a plastic line running to your fridge. Also Best Buy DOES NOT INSTALL the plastic line from old fridge to new fridge... why? well ask the sales guy that.

This is the base model for Samsung front loader, and unless you just want the other colors or like to throw away money; this, base model gives you the same results as the next two tiers SO why pay $300 more per machine.

why do my clothes after drying them smell like the clothes have been left wet for days?
Make sure you clean the door rim, that is ideal spot for growing mold.

Why are the clothes so "hot" when we take them out?
The washer we purchased does not have the steam or sanitize settings. Yet when I open the door to take the clothes out they are very warm and steam does come out of the washer. It did this on both the cold and eco warm temperature settings. Is this normal? If so, what is it doing?
I did two laundries yesterday and I do not have that issue at all, I think it might be best to ask them to swap it out.

How long does a normal load take to wash?
Quick wash is I think pretty close to 25 mins, and normal about 40 mins, and heavy is about an hour.

Does the washer come with the water lines
When you request delivery by Best Buy they charge you $80+ (for washer/dryer) and replace all connecting lines ( Water x2, Drain, Gas, Vent)
