I've been using an older Empress model for a while and moved onto this not expecting muc since it was a "downgrade". I was very wrong. The amount of suction this vacuum has shocked me! It does a great job, the pet tool works very well, and the attached hose makes life easier. Filter cleaning (which I've learned should be done ever 4-5 cleanings) is very easy and allows for the out of the box power it had on Day 1. Great product at a great price.

I would imagine a lot of you are doing what I did...trying to figure out what to get between this and the similar Samsung. Both are fantastic TVs and I could not be happier with this purchase. My suggestion to those of you going back and forth...go look at a Sony and then go look at the Samsung in the store. Whichever one is more pleasing to YOUR eye, get it. You won't be disappointed. Sony always looks better to me and that's why I e stayed with them for all my TVs. This is an outstanding TV.

What is the noise level of this vacuum?
My dog is deathly afraid of my current vacuum, I suspect because it is SO loud , how loud is this vacuum?
My animals would disappear whenever I vacuumed before. I was shocked when I saw them watching me vacuum the last time I used this. I find it to be pretty quiet.
