This is WD MyBook #4. I started with a 1TB(2009), then a 1.5TB My Book Premium Edition II (2010), and then added a 3TB (2011). And now the 4TB because the 3TB is no longer big enough to store my backups. With the exception of the PEII , I have used the My Books exclusively for backing up my main drive(s) using Time Machine. I haven't had a single problem in the 7 years I have used My Books. All of them still work and I plan to continue using them for the foreseeable future.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: It's the epitome of Disney movies.
What's not so great: bluray extras are a letdown.
One of the best disney movies in recent memory. My 4yo is obsessed with it and wants to watch it EVERY day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is this backwards compatible with usb2

I have a older iMac with usb2 is this backwards compatible. I plan on upgrading down the road so usb3 will be handy then.
