Sometimes smart things master server goes down, wish they would have triple super duper back up servers, but alas you take what you can get. Oh use the old app, it's more stable the the "newer" app.

The bad, well its a little bass heavy, the good it sounds great in games, the ugly, well the looks aren't going to give elite status like apple products that have over the years have won many design awards. So no design awards here, sounds great in games, little bass heavy for listening to music. 5 stars from me, well 4.51 stars.

I would give this XBOX One remote a 5 star rating if only the back lighting of the keys would stay on longer then the 2-3 seconds that it comes on for when you pick it up. Watching movies in the dark and trying to pause said movie, you need to wiggle the remote a time or two to find the pause, or play, or what ever button you are looking for.

Looking for a simple remote to replace two to four remotes? Lost or broke a remote? This one might fill in for you. Doesn't do all the fancy things that those remotes with screens do, but for the cost of this remote, its a buy if you are not a power user of ALL menus and commands that you current setup is capable of doing. Other then that go grab one!
