I decided to upgrade one of my desktop PCs with a new motherboard, processor and memory. I purchased them online. As an afterthought, I decided to upgrade also to an SSD. The Toshiba SSD seems almost as fast as my Samsung SSDs. Samsung SSDs were not available locally when I need one so I went with the Toshiba.

It depends on the MacBook. New MacBooks have drives that are soldered in and the drives are NOT replaceable. Older ones may have IDE and not SATA interfaces.

Will this work in a Satellite P755-S5320?
Will this fit my laptop? Does it come with a cable to transfer the contents and programs on my current hard drive? Does moving my programs affect my licensed products? Thanks!
I put a Samsung SSD in a Toshiba A665 and had not problems with the fit. The Samsung SSD seems the same size as the Toshiba SSD. I was able to transfer licenses of Windows 8 and Office 2007.
