I purchased this after I found out that I didn't need a C wire to use it. I had suspected my old thermostat of needing replacement for a while. I bought this and a Nest Protect at the same time. I have to say that this thermostat doesn't disappoint. I have it set to two degrees higher temp in my house than my previous thermostat and it is keeping my house cooler. I also like the auto-away feature where it senses my phone's location and will automatically jump the temperature up to save power when I am not in the vicinity of my house. I haven't had a problem with it yet, except that my kids think it is cool and keep changing the temperature manually in the house when they are home.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this to replace my Fitbit Flex. I was look for something that was more of a watch. So far it has been working great and all of the features that it has over that of my old Flex make this much more useful. The only thing I don't like about it is that the actual device isin't protected on the top and bottom... the gaps in the band. As such the delicate plastic edge got scrapes on it the first weekend I owned the device. If the frame of the band covered all four sides of the device and I would probably give it all five stars, though I realize this would cause issues with removing the device for charging and putting it back into the band. Also, the battery life has been about seven days for me and not the five days that it advertises, and I have been walking about 15,000 - 20,000 steps per day since I got it, so that is a bonus.

My wife loved it...until she lost it. The setup on it is a little annoying because it requires you to make a playlist in itunes to deploy to it. Alas, after only a few months of having it my wife is back to using her phone because it has gone missing. While the functionality of it sounds great by just having it clipped on to your clothing, in actuality it is more hassle then it is worth.

This purchase was for my wife to replace her iPhone 5s. This is probably the same for most purchasers of this product. I find it to be a great replacement. I am an IT professional and manage 180 different phones/tablets. I have worked with every iPhone since the 3GS in multiple forms. This is the second iPhone I have owned personally. I couldn't be happier. I haven't dropped a call since I got it and I just did a speed test for the data in the town where I live and got 98MB/s download with 15MB/s upload. Best numbers I have seen on an iPhone period...no matter the carrier. My last iPhone topped out at about 25 MB/s in the same locations. I have also owned many Android phones and GUI is a toss up, but the stability is way better on iOS. I had a 32GB phone before and was constantly running out of space. Now with the 128GB that shouldn't be an issue... even though it only has 114GB to start with after initial formatting.

Does this unit stay lit up all the time or does it go dark if not in use then lights up when touched?
It has multiple modes. You can set it to turn the display on when touched or you can set it to sense motion in the room and turn the display on. I have the motion setting turned on and it lights up whenever someone moves in the room.

Most say it won't work with a 2 wire system, yet someone said that he has a 2 wire system and it works
They have a system compatibility test on nest.com that asks you which wires you currently have. It looks like many of the two wire systems need a to have a C wire, but there may be a configuration that doesn't.

How much bigger do you need? I can already fit this around my leg and I am 250 lbs.

Can I sync it with an iPod Touch?
Should be able to, since it is basically an iPhone without the cellular component.

Does the Fitbit Blaze use Data when it I'm walking or running since it needs my iPhones GPS for Tracking? Thanks in Advance. we are trying to decide between purchasing the Blaze or Garmin's Vivoactive.
As far as I know your phone uses very little to no data for the GPS. The only thing a phone's GPS uses data for is to download the background maps. Since it is just recording your track for later it isn't downloading any of that stuff.

Something only you can answer. If you like having lots of metrics for everything physical you do in a day then, yes.

I am taking a 500 mile trek. Will the Blaze allow folks at home to track my journey realtime from their computers?
As far as I know you wouldn't do this from the watch. Since it uses the phone GPS, you would probably share your phone location with friends and they can follow along that way.

I ride a motorcycle with headphones to my IPhone. Can you see whose calling, answer the phone, adjust volume?
Yes, and you can also skip forward and back on your songs.

Does it have a stopwatch function? I like to be able to use a stopwatch when going for a run.
It has a stopwatch and a countdown function.
