Product does what I need it to do but it takes some getting use to. Product has a flip open talk piece that can be difficult to operate. I have occasionally lost calls while trying to answer my phone. Works much better now that I have figured out how to use the device.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Where can I get another over-the-ear clip for the 550?
I would google Motorola and email or call them. They have great customer service.

Repeatedly Unpairs from Phone

I think this might have something to do with moving my phone out-of-range of the headset. When I come back into range, instead of reestablishing the connection, the bluetooth unpairs from my phone entirely. Extremely frustrating! I've tried it with two iPhones and it does it with both phones. Any suggestions?
Sounds like you are moving out of range. I would try carrying the phone with you, like in a pocket...
