We got these for our kids and they love them. They work great so far, and there dual instead of like the others where each child can watch a different DVD, would be a lot better if they were blu Ray instead.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Would these include the headrest mountain straps or they need to be buy?

Not sure what you mean mountain straps but they include the headrest straps and mount to them or strap to them.

Can you hang the unit from a headrest?

Yea they strap around the headrest there great and better strap then most.
