I need to control a Nokomichi receiver and CD player that is @30 years old. My remote no longer controls the volume. Will this do it and what do I need to program it? If not what do I need.

No it will not work. I have the same equipment, Nakamichi, which is old analog equipment, not compatible to the modern digital world? This is why my equipment is now in storage. Try contacting Nakamichi, they are still in business. I am lucky as my remotes still work?
