As a Best Buy employee, I've found Sony products are top notch. That's what drew me to this tv. The 4k picture is amazing, it's definitely enhanced my video gaming experience. As someone who watches more apps than cable, the quick access to Netflix and Youtube and the simplicity of us is perfect for me. I got the 43" for my bedroom and it's great, it doesn't take much space and there's no need for a sound bar, because the back speakers do enough to fill the room with sound. All around happy with the purchase and I still have a lot more to explore with my new Sony 4k tv!

how easy is it to go to netflix, amazon, hulu, etc? whats involved?

Does this tv have like a hub found in samsung models that makes it easy to use smart features? Is the interface harder to navigate than samsung? I am comparing it to the 40" samsung 4k and trying to make a decision.
There is a smart hub, same as the Samsung model. It's simple to navigate from the home menu, with all the streaming services and other apps all easy to locate. There is also a Netflix button on the remote, one click and it takes you to your Netflix account
