Bought this for a telecon. Worked great and at a reasonable price. Much better quality then my laptop's built in microphone.

How can I make my mic work?

I plugged in the mic, but it failed to work, with no lights. Is there something I need to install for it to work?
This microphone has a on off switch that is not obvious. It took me a minute to figure out why this microphone did not work when I first plugged in. You also need to adjust the sound level with the nob on the base.
