Shelfs and drawers are cheap and hard to open and close. Meat drawer makes a screeching noise when opening and shutting. Service came to fix the drawer and couldn't fix it. Sent me a new one and it did the same thing. Not happy at all!

Question about available features
We purchased model BGGF3042KF. It has yet to be delivered and I have been reading through some of the questions to get a better idea of some of the features. Unfortunately, I have found conflicting information. First, does this model have stainless or black burner knobs? Second, does this model have a temperature probe? Third, does this model have a warming feature? Fourth, does this model come with the griddle for the 5th burner? Thank you for any help you can offer.
It has stainless steel knobs. No temperature probe. A grill comes with it for the 5th burner.

when using the oven
we just bought it. when ever we use the oven, it smells like plastic or something is burning in the unit.
I was told by my installer to turn the oven on when you first get it hooked up and let it on for 30 min at 400 degrees. Then turn it off, let it cool and wipe down the whole inside with soapy water.

does it have vent built in?
Yes it does. You can set it on high or low.
