I bought this thinking it will replace my old Logitech USB Stereo Headset H390 however I've used this a total of 2 times since purchasing it..
I didn't care for having to charge this headset constantly and would have preferred a battery option so that I can use this headset regularly. Aside from that the phones padding is made of some type of cotton which feels awkward on the ears and if you live in a warm environment I can see these being sweat sponges.
The sound is great! The voice from what my friends tells me sounds really clear. The only issue is the awkward controls and like I said earlier - Constant charging + Fabric phone pad make this headset feel like an expensive regretful purchase.
I would recommend this to those that don't care what a headset feels like on their head.

I use these all the time at my work and these have never failed me. 32 GB is a little small for most of what I'd like to use this for but it is USB 3.0 and it also has a nice case design.
Great for a temporary storage space.

The hub is powered by an external AC adapter instead of through USB which is a huge pitfall for me as I like to keep my work space uncluttered by cabled and power plugs.
Do not expect to get good throughput when plugging a headset into this hub. Skip this product and search out a USB hub that supports USB 3.0 and USB charging.

bluetooth connectivity
my headset is charged but when i try connecting it to my laptop, the headset icon appears for a few second and then disappears. when i turn off the headset and turn it on again, the headset icon again appears for a few seconds, enough for me to try to pair it with my laptop. But i get an error. see screenshot. how to resolve?
Instead of using unreliable internal bluetooth try to plug in the wireless receiver and see if you still are having this issue,
