Its an awesome device to have, very useful. It still has a few glitches, which is why I only gave it 4/5 stars.

After 4 to 5 months, streaming having issue

I am using this Chromecast , but after 4 to 5 months video streaming is getting stuck & could not use it.

I HAVE NOT PURCHASED FROM BESTBUY.
Try restarting your Chromecast. Unplug it completely from the wall and the TV and plug it back in. It will reset it. You won't have to set it up again. Otherwise, try resetting your WiFi router by doing thee same thing. It freezes because there's a glitch between the WiFi and the Chromecast.
