The set up was easy. Remote is compatible with all my devices, including a Roku, an Amazon FireStick, and an old Wii. Easy to use hands free when paired with Google Assistant and Amazon Echo using IFTTT app on my phone. Ability to use Harmony App to customize buttons for different devices is very handy. Also, the hub makes it unnecessary to point the remote at the device while operating. One enhancement I would suggest is larger buttons. But this wouldn't have prevented me from buying it.

Im replacing a Harmony One. Does this do 'Activities' such as sequence several devices to turn on with a single button??

Yes, this allows you to perform activities like older Harmony remotes. It's all done in the set up process; the steps are pretty simple with the directions. Users can decide which devices to include and specify settings such as Input. As an example, you can define a movie "activity" as turning on the TV with your Blu-Ray player input, turn on the Blu-Ray player, and dim your smart bulbs with one button as long as they are compatible.
