I have three of these drives...two are system drives the other is storage on a video editing machine. So far so good. Hoping these are as relaible for years and years as the barracida drives etc I have used in the past....SSDD is much faster and no noise.....no moving parts so in theory they should last forever....but I know there is finite number of rewrites they support, so we shall see.

I read some negative reviews on this unit but decided to try for myself. Glad I did. I am using this unit in my garage/shop so its not used every day. But have used it several times now and so far so good. The bluetooth capability was the main reason I chose this one. Too many ads on radio these days. But I did test the FM function and it pulls in the usual stations around here just fine. I am driving some smallish speakers but even so, I can crank them and they sound great. The only "con" I dont like so much is that the remote is necessary for some functions. In the old days EVERYTHING was on the face of receivers. I guess its the style now to do it this way....would prefer to have ever function available on the unit itself in case I lose the remote. That is why I took off one star. But for the price, and considering the performance so far, I guess I can live with it. Hoping the unit lasts long term. It should -- unit seems to be a quality piece.....but time will tell.

Blu tooth speaker wont work
The BT works ONE direction....IN , not out, as far as I can tell. That means you can connect your cell phone etc to play music (which I do all the time, and it works GREAT) but it doesnt connect to things like bluetooth speakers. You would use your regular type wired speakers to get sound.
